Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup chopped celery
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 10 ounces frozen broccoli (cooked)
  • 2 cups minute rice (cooked)
  • 1 can cheddar cheese soup (or 1 can cream of chicken soup)
  • 2 cups cooked chicken (chopped, or ham may be substituted)

Directions

  1. Saute celery and onions in butter in skillet.
  2. Mix with remaining ingredients in bowl.
  3. Pour into 9x13 baking dish.
  4. Bake 350 degrees for 45-60 minutes or until bubbly.
  5. Yields 12 servings.
