Very good; very easy to make a pre-cooked rotisserie chicken. A great dish to make with leftovers. A family favorite.

We loved this recipe, quick and easy to prepare after work. I doubled it and baked it in a 9 x 11 pan hoping to have leftovers for lunches the next day but with a teenage boy in the house I found the pan empty in the morning. Will definitely make again very soon!
