Description
Stuffed chicken breasts seems like a difficult dish to tackle, but this recipe features only 9 ingredients and easily comes together in less than an hour. The lean chicken breasts are stuffed with mozzarella cheese, garlic, and basil for a dinner that is busting with flavor. Cherry tomatoes are added to the pan for the last 5 minutes of baking, where they become tender and slightly caramelized, perfectly accenting the stuffed chicken.

- olive oil
- 100 grams mozzarella
- 2 Tbsp. basil (chopped)
- 2 cups cherry tomatoes
- dried oregano

- Season the breasts with 2 garlic cloves, salt, and ground pepper.
