I made this tonight and my 11 year old immediately asked me "Can we have this again?" It was pretty heavy, and not at all as healthy as I would like, but delicious!

This was absolutely delicious, i enjoyed every bite. My only notes for future self is just based off of personal preference; 3 1/2 cloves minced garlic, but should honestly try garlic piwder instead. the minced garlic added a weird texture to the sauce in my opinion. I seasoned my chicken in a bag full of olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder and Italian seasoning. Then I made the sauce after adding a bit more oil to the pan from cooking the chicken before to add the carmalized bitd into the sauce. after the sauce was finished, I put the chicken back in my skillet and added the pasta and parmesan, mixed it together, put more parmesan on top and threw the whole thing into the oven.

It was delicious! I loved it (pasta girl) though I’d say my Dad enjoyed the chicken the most

So delicious!! Very easy to make and i saved some time by buying alfredo sauce instead of making it. I put a lot more cheeze in it than what the recipe called for but I like a lot of chese in my ziti.

what a great casserole to make for a crowd! It was very cheesy but not super rich like other Alfredo's can be. It is definitely a keeper!

Made it for some family and they instantly wanted the recipe, definitely a kid favorite as well, their kids tore it up! However, i used my own alfredo recipe, but still an easy, yummy dish if you want to feed more than 4 people, loved it!

Loved it! I used bow tie spinach pasta and all I had was whole milk. It turned out great. It is also a quick meal when you are short on time!

I love making this sauce for my family. I season with onion powder in addition to the salt/pepper but the best part is my 2 year old picky eater loves it.

Super easy and delicious! Definitley double the Alfredo sauce. Was also good with a bit of shredded sharp cheddar on top.
Hannah J. 10 Nov 2016
This recipe is fantastic and easy! I doubled the alfredo recipe as others suggested and I'm happy I did! It doesn't make great leftovers, but after it initially comes out of the oven it is great. If you want to save it as leftovers I would suggest not baking half of the pasta. It also taste delicious even if you don't bake it.

This recipe was easy to follow and pretty tasty! I would probably add some artichoke hearts or sautéed peppers to add to the flavor! We didn't make our own sauce but bought Emerils off the shelf and it was amazing!!!!!!!!
Giavonni L. 24 Aug 2016
This was a success! I added extra fresh garlic, onion, peppers, and mushrooms to the sauce. We both loved it!! I even froze some of the leftovers for later.
Jessica T. 9 Aug 2016
Delicious!! I doubled the sauce... My family loved it. Will make it again!! I did 4 servings and its was plenty for us 3. Saving 2 servings for lunch. Taste light.
Morgan G. 2 Jun 2016
Soooooo gooooooood!!!!! We all went for seconds! Lighter than most alfredo recipes but amazingly delicious!
Samantha R. 20 May 2016
I loved this recipe. I really that the Alfredo isn't made with heavy creams and butter but still has an amazing, flavorful taste. My husband and I were quick to grab seconds and it had enough to feed three more people before the whole meal was gone. I did make extra Alfredo as suggested by other reviewers

Really good! It was very dry so I would at least double the sauce. I would also recommend cooking the chicken and the sauce BEFORE making the pasta. Overall, very flavorful dish. I also added sun-dried tomatoes which were soooooo good.
