This recipe is a healthy version of berry jam and can be made with any type of berry!

  • 2 cups berries
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 packet stevia

    Directions

    1. Thaw (if necessary) and heat berries over medium to medium high heat. When berries become soft, mash them to desired amount in the pan over heat.
    2. Add in chia seeds, honey, and vanilla. Once it starts to boil, immediately remove from heat and add stevia.
