This recipe is absolutely worthless. not only does it not thicken in the fridge like it says, but 30-45 minutes in the oven is too long or 425° is far too hot. I checked on it 15 minutes in and my entire kitchen was filled with smoke and the dish was charred beyond belief. Thank the gods I used wax paper because I walmost lost the pan!
