    After reading the comments, I experimented with the recipe a little. I cut the amount of butter in half. I adjusted the brown sugar to just a cup and the cornstarch to just 1 tbsp. I rolled the dough first then popped them in the freezer for a minimum of 15 mins. then it’s ready for baking. I also adjusted the baking time to 14-15 mins since my dough came straight out of the freezer. It turned out quite well.

    The amount of butter it tells you to put in is just too much. My cookies came out horrible. Couldn’t even eat them because the middle was raw.
