The cookies are very sweet and soft, they break easily, take along time to make, and makes a lot of cookies.

I think i stirred them too much. They came out like cake cookies. They still tasted good though.

Great however you should probably refrigerate the dough for 30 minutes or more before baking to them to roll into balls.

Great I would make it again

Great!!! Easy recipe and very delicious! I will for sure make it again!

Does it matter what margarine you use? What temperature should it be? I’ve had cookies spread too much because of too soft margarine or butter.

Omg I made this alone and they are amazing! I added Nutella and lemon curd to some. My sister has braces and it was perfect 4 those because it is not to soft but not too crunchy😁😁😁🤙🏼

Accidentally doubled the eggs, oops.

this recipe is wonderful! I substituted Almond extract for the vanillla and pressed the dough onto a sheet pan to use as a crust for a fruit pizza I made

It turned out well except I didn’t expect the cookies to turn out so big but other than that the cookies were very delicious.

So I’ve made these cookies a few times, thinking maybe I didn’t read the recipe right and adding to much or to little of an ingredient, but every time I make them they never come out looking like they should. ☹️

Im very depressed , i did double it, for large quantities, and added green food coloring. Sigh

A good base for a cookie- the taste left a lot to be desired. I also don't recommend following the idea of a 'walnut sized' ball- I ended up with a pan full of giant flat cookies. About half that size worked for me. Will definitely be adding some more flavors on future attempts, but not a bad recipe overall!

Best homemade sugar cookie recipe I’ve found! Doughs a bit sticky, so it makes rolling the dough into sugar a tab messy. But it was definitely worth it! Yum!!
Josie Stewart 9 Dec 2017
It was okay. Took wayyyy longer than expected and they were kind of runny, but they tasted good
sharon c. 7 Dec 2017

I used butter instead of margarine. Came out great! Rolled in pumpkin flavored sugar since I intend to decorate as turkeys.
