Great however you should probably refrigerate the dough for 30 minutes or more before baking to them to roll into balls.

Does it matter what margarine you use? What temperature should it be? I’ve had cookies spread too much because of too soft margarine or butter.

Omg I made this alone and they are amazing! I added Nutella and lemon curd to some. My sister has braces and it was perfect 4 those because it is not to soft but not too crunchy😁😁😁🤙🏼

Accidentally doubled the eggs, oops.
this recipe is wonderful! I substituted Almond extract for the vanillla and pressed the dough onto a sheet pan to use as a crust for a fruit pizza I made
It turned out well except I didn’t expect the cookies to turn out so big but other than that the cookies were very delicious.
these turned out delish!!!

So I’ve made these cookies a few times, thinking maybe I didn’t read the recipe right and adding to much or to little of an ingredient, but every time I make them they never come out looking like they should. ☹️

A good base for a cookie- the taste left a lot to be desired. I also don't recommend following the idea of a 'walnut sized' ball- I ended up with a pan full of giant flat cookies. About half that size worked for me. Will definitely be adding some more flavors on future attempts, but not a bad recipe overall!
This recipe is easy and delicious! A new family favorite! I have made this recipe 5 times in the last couple weeks!
delicious the recipe alone has helped me create wonderfully unique and delicious variety of flavorfull sugar cookies :) today i made chocolate & butterscotch chip sugar cookies.... mmmm yummy!!!

They were yummmyyyyy!!!! I would make this again, but I did not have any margarine. So, I used butter.
Family loved the cookies! Stayed fresh a long time and were perfectly soft and sweet!

Best homemade sugar cookie recipe I’ve found! Doughs a bit sticky, so it makes rolling the dough into sugar a tab messy. But it was definitely worth it! Yum!!

It was okay. Took wayyyy longer than expected and they were kind of runny, but they tasted good

I used butter instead of margarine. Came out great! Rolled in pumpkin flavored sugar since I intend to decorate as turkeys.

Great tasting but the batter was too runny to roll into balls, so I added two more large spoonfuls of flour to the recipe. I think the brand of margarine you use makes a large difference as some brands have more oil base to them than others. Will try again next time with softened unsalted butter.

Love this recipe! My cookies came out amazing. I used butter instead of margarine. Rolled my dough into balls and flattened them just a bit.....baked for 8 mins and all batches came out perfect. I also added rainbow sprinkles for my kids. Nice, soft and plump!!!! Love! Love! Love!

The cookies turned out to be extremely flat even though I followed the directions, the didn't taste like sugar cookies, they tasted like egg
