They were really tasty! It was a bit difficult to place the chunks onto the tray. They don't need as much sugar.

These were very tasty. I deleted the 1/2 cup of white sugar, Used 1/2 cup (instead of a 1/4 cup of mashed banana). When bananas are beginning to look like they will spoil, I cut them up and freeze them, so I used a slotted spoon to take out the bananas from the juice. I added a 1/2 cup of raisins and used pecans instead of walnuts. With the additional amount of banana and the raisins they were quite sweet enough. They don't expand much so you can put them fairly close together on the cookie sheet. For elegance, I plan to add a little rum or liquer and press a pecan into the top of each one next time.

A wonderful recipe, will certainly be making it again soon. Used almonds and added 1/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips.

Aug1/2016. These cookies are very similar to low fat chocolate chip oatmeal cookie. They came out great. I only used 1/4 cup of brown and 1/4 cup granulated sugar which is half of what is called in the receipe. Added wlanuts and chocolate chips.

One of my favorite recipes! Just made a new batch using gf flour & added shredded zucchini & carrots. Only used 1/2 a cup of sugar total and was definitely sweet enough!
