Directions
- HEAT oven to 350°F. Coat 8-inch square baking pan with no-stick cooking spray.
- BEAT butter and brown sugar in medium bowl with mixer on medium speed until smooth and fluffy. Blend in vanilla extract.
- MIX flour, oats and baking powder in medium bowl until blended. Reserve 1/2 cup for topping. Press remaining crumb mixture firmly into bottom of prepared pan to form a crust. Spoon preserves over crust, spreading evenly. Sprinkle with reserved crumb mixture.
- BAKE 30 to 35 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool completely on wire rack. Cut into bars.
