Ingredients

2 eggs
200 grams roasted chestnuts
120 grams whole milk
50 milliliters whipping cream
50 grams buckwheat flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
butter

Directions

1Separate the eggs. Combine the yolks with the hazelnuts, milk, and cream in the blender and puree. Add the flour and mix well.
2Beat the eggs with a pinch of salt to form peaks. Fold into the chestnuts mixture.
3Melt a pat of butter in a skillet on medium heat. Pour in batter to form a thin pancake approximately 10 centimeters wide. Cook until golden on both sides, flipping.
4Keep warm until serving.
