Description

Ingredients

500 grams cherries (pitted and halved)
250 grams pears (cored and halved)
1 tablespoon powdered sugar
1/2 tablespoon cinnamon
120 grams flour
1/2 tablespoon baking powder
2 sugar (generous tbsps.)
1 vanilla sugar (generous tbsp.)
2 shredded coconut (generous tbsps.)
2 oatmeal (generous tbsps.)
80 grams butter (cold)
butter (Additional)

Directions

1Preheat the oven to 180 Celsius.
2Combine the powdered sugar and the cinnamon and add to the cherries and pears.
3In a separate bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, sugar, vanilla sugar, coconut, and oatmeal together. Cut in the butter.
4Place the fruit into a greased baking pan and top with the oatmeal mixture. Place into the oven and bake for 25 minutes.
