    With adjustments it was great. I cut brown sugar almost in half. Used a can of tart drained cherries (unsweetened and no fake colors). I sprinkled about a tblsp of sugar over the cherries and a tsp or so of flour as I was afraid it would release juice. I halved the whole recipe, did it in a 9x9 Pyrex and baked about 30 minutes . Really really yummy. Like a healthy cherry shortbread.

    i added an extra 1/2 cup of brown sugar and skipped the coconut. it's okay,not my favorite. it tasted more like a granola bar vs a sweet crumble
