Ingredients

  • 5 ounces frozen cherries
  • 12 ounces strawberries
  • 9 ounces low fat plain yogurt
  • 1 1/2 cups almond milk
  • 3 ice cubes
  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon cacao nibs (optional)
  • 1/4 cup oatmeal (optional)

Directions

  1. Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. If desired, add peanut butter, cacao nibs or oatmeal. Divide between 4 glasses and serve immediately.
