- 250gm Cherries
- 1 Cup Water
- 1-2 Cinnamon Sticks
- 1 Tsp Sugar
- 1 Tsp Brandy
- 2 Tsp cornstarch mixed with cold water
- In a hot stock pot add cinnamon, water, brandy & sugar. Bring to a boil and simmer for 10 minutes.
- Thicken with cornstarch.
- Add cherries and cook for 5 minutes more.
