- 2 tablespoons kirschwasser (clear cherry brandy)
- 1 tablespoon gin
- 2 tablespoons cherry juice
- 2 teaspoons heavy cream
- mint sprigs
- crushed ice
- Put the Kirschwasser, gin, cherry juice, cream, and a little crushed ice in a cocktail shaker and shake well.
- Strain into a cocktail glass. Add extra crushed ice and serve garnished with mint.
