  • 16 ounces wild rice (prepared, I get mine at Trader Joes, LOVE it)

    wild rice is a dish i would love to make a regular routine. this dish really helped make thst possible. i didnt add as much cheese and made the rice meatless because i was serving it with a stuffed pork chop. The rice was a hit with all, even my son who is trying to have a meatless diet. O cant wait to try this again with the schredded chicken

    Had to stop my husband from wating thw whole pan! I didn't include any of the veggies because then my kids wouldn't eat it, but it was still flavorful. Seasoned the chicken with Adobo seasoning & used regular flour, as that's what I had on hand. Will definitely make it again!

    This was good but very labor intensive. I didn't have the ready made rice available so I had to make my own. 3 dirty pots and a casserole dish isn't worth it! Also this made a LOT. Next time I'll read the recipe a little more carefully before trying.

    Not too hard to prepare, very yummy and lots of left overs for lunches throughout the week or to freeze for later
