I used sharp cheddar and threw in an extra handful and it was really good! Not quite as good refrigerated and reheated, though, so eat fresh if possible! Could also use a little extra flavor.

As someone who cook both of these foods quite often I was very disappointed with this recipe. It came out bitter and quite sour. This could have been from a multitude of factors. Either way, this will not be a repeat dish.

Really good! Used red quinoa instead of regular which worked really well
My first time doing quinoa really yummy recipe you can add a bit of herbs to make it more flavorful or maybe some garlic.

Delicious! Used tri-color quinoa, “better than bouillon roasted chicken base,” broccoli with all the stem, and Quattro Formagio instead of cheddar. Tasty & nutritious!

Pretty good, but it does not look appetizing at all. It also needed more flavor, even though I used the broth.

Good, but Velveeta is much better than grated cheddar. It melts more evenly.

Super delicious!!! I forgot to add any salt or pepper at the end, but it came out delicious anyways! Both husband and in-laws loved this healthy, easy side dish.

Better than I thought! Didn't need to add any salt. Plenty of flavor with the broth. I doubled the recipe and it turned out great

It was a bit bland for my taste, even after adding a bit of garlic powder and minced onion. I added lemon pepper while eating it and it was great!

Hubby said it was Restauraunt quality! I added a little more cheddar (mixed a very salty cheddar with a sharp) and threw in some minced garlic and onion powder. Did NOT season with salt and it was PERF! So delish it's going to be a staple

This is a great quick and easy meal to make. I love mac n cheese and this is definitely a much healthier alternative! I think I will add some more veggies and spices next time.

Amazing! Super easy to make and tasted delicious, I used Gouda cheese instead and it turned out great.
