- 1/2 pound camembert cheese (cut into cubes)
- 1/2 pound tomatoes (seeds removed and finely chopped)
- 1 spring onion (cut into thin rings)
- 1 ounce sun dried tomatoes (finely chopped)
- 1/4 cup pine nuts (toasted)
- 2 pinches sweet paprika
Directions
- With a fork, blend the butter and the cheese together in a bowl. Add the tomatoes, spring onions, sun-dried tomatoes and pine nuts and season then add the paprika.
