Delicious! This is my go-to breakfast casserole recipe. It's not too eggy, which means you won't feel like you've got a food baby stuck in your gut all day. One note: 45 minutes is not long enough for the eggs to be fully cooked (in my oven, at least) - usually takes closer to an hour. I also sautée onions and include in the sausage layer, as opposed to using onion powder.
