Pretty good, but the recipe could use some re-writing. I used twice the amount of spinach since the original amount only covered only half of the dough surface, and then I used a four-cheese mix (Parmesan, feta, mozzarella, and Monterrey jack) to add more variety to the flavor, and they turned out fantastic.

I didn’t like the taste, it was too nasty. Also, the instructions are written wrong. Place the mixture on the dough, then roll it and cut it. I personally don’t recommend this for anyone. I was very greatly disappointed.

simple and easy. i used extra garlic, but tio much parmesean which added a bit more salt than needed. nex time i'll add red pepper flakes to bring out some more flavor.

Highly inaccurate calorie count. I cannot explain where this person got 110kcal per two rolls, but I've used all low-fat and low-cal ingredients and no olive oil and ended up at 75kcal each. Despite the taste, I can't give it more than 2 stars.

I love it!! However I added some hot pepper flakes since I like spicy food. I did not have any feta and added mozzarella instead. It was a success.

This is great! To make it a larger meal I used crescent rolls and add zucchini to the spinach great favor. I will definitely do both ways in the future. Kids loved it.

Pretty simple and really tasty! I have made these a couple of times now and used frozen spinach that's been thawed and drain instead of fresh and it was excellent. Nice as a side or appetizer.
