- 12 ounces penne pasta
- 30 ounces Alfredo sauce
- 20 ounces frozen chopped spinach (thawed and drained of excess liquid)
- 3 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes

It was a great and delicious recipe. I just added some shimeji mushroom too and it was perfect 👌🏼

This was easy to toss together and good. However in the future will eliminate the crushed pepper flakes, the grandchildren did not like it because of them and they do not really add anything to it other than a bit of heat. Also next time will add tuna or precooked chicken.

It turned out really good! Though in the future I would add broccoli and maybe chicken too make it even more amazing!😋

I used about 9 oz of fresh spinach that I chopped instead and I used some garlic and italian seasoning. It was very good.
