Ingredients

200 grams Emmenthal
200 grams mozzarella cheese
1 onions
6 garlic cloves
olive oil
1 wheat bread (large)
1 sprig parsley
1/2 lemon (juice, optional)

Directions

1In a bowl, mix cheeses.
2Chop onion and garlic.
3Heat olive oil in a pan and sauté until onion is translucent.
4Add chopped parsley. Remove from heat.
5Stir well and let cool down slightly.
6Mix onion mixture with cheese and set aside.
7Drizzle with lemon juice (optional).
8Preheat oven to 180°C (approximately 350°F).
9Cut bread into squares, without reaching the bottom. Place the bread on a large piece of aluminum foil.
10Fill bread with the mixture and wrap with the foil.
11Bake in foil for 15 minutes.
12Open the foil and bake for 5 additional minutes.
13Serve immediately.
