  • 1 pound cauliflower rice (If you can’t find pre-chopped riced cauliflower in your store, chop a small head of cauliflower in the food processor.)
  • 1/2 cup green onion (sliced)
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 tablespoon taco seasoning mix (Kalyn’s)
  • 1 teaspoon salt (or to taste)

really tasty. my veggie hating kids loved it..watch the tomatoes though..i grabbed spicy and it was spicier than i expected
