I added a can of cream of mushroom and some diced ham to mine! Turned out great!

I added 2 cans of cream of chicken soup, less salt and more pepper and 3 cloves of garlic. I made it for brunch for my friends as well as Mother's Day brunch and had 2 friends as well as my dad ask for the recipe. Definite crowd pleaser. I even had a friend that does not like hash browns say she loved them!
