  • 5 potatoes (peeled and diced, I use red or Yukon gold - russet potatoes will not hold up in the soup)
  • 1/2 cup meat (diced ham, from the ham bone)
  • 1 cup broccoli (fresh, diced)
  • 1 stalk celery (diced)
  • 1 onion (small, diced)
  • 1 carrot (chopped)
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

I made it, and it was delicious!!! Really cheesy and lots of flavour. Would definitely make it again!
