Okay I didn't have enough shredded mozzarella or any cheddar so I did 1 cup mozzarella and one cup parmesan cheese with 2 cups extra sharp cheese. I mixed the cheeses first then sat aside the 1 cup for the top. It was really good. Definitely a remake for our household

It turned like I’m sure it should.. when making it I didn’t think it was enough cheese by the look of it but when done I was glad I didn’t add anymore it was way cheese!!!

I wasn't certain if my family would like this recipe but it was quite good. It is very similar to some macaroni & cheese recipes I've tried in the past. I recommend it for a busy evening when cooking a simple, easy dish is required. It was even better the next day as a left-over.
