We make this regularly! I chop up an onion and add minced garlic, just a heaping scoop, along with a scoop of Italian seasoning. We do a little less cheese but this is a great, quick and easy meal that everyone enjoys!!

I tried this on the weekend!!! the result was Great! I added a little honey to balance the sourness from tomato sauce... Weekend Overload with cheese!
