This recipe made 24 muffins (using large muffin tins). The muffins did not rise up as much as the photo shows . I baked for the full 25 minutes as the centers did not look like they were fully cooked at 20 minutes; this resulted in dark brown bottoms and edges. The taste of these muffins is great I just didn't like that they browned so much on the outside.
