I made it for my house of teenage boys, using some leftover chicken. The boys absolutely devoured this dish. By the way, they are all from very different parts of the world and very different cultures as far as food preference goes. Also, the teen "who doesn't eat vegetables" ate the vegetables in this casserole! Highly suggest. Only difference is, I cooked it at 400 for closer to 30 minutes than the suggested 20-22. Will definitely make this again.
