So easy and tasty. I browned the chicken first in a pan then put it aside then i sautéd some onions before adding the spinach in the same pan. It gave an extra level of taste in the recipe. So quick, fast and with great flavor!

Wow! Delicious! I doctored it using some ideas in the comments-paprika on the chicken, doubled the spinach and added minced garlic while it sautéed. I also added a couple of tbsp of pesto to the cream cheese. I waited to add the mozzarella until about 25 minutes in to finish the 40 minutes and then put on a low broil for a few minutes to brown the top. Served it over angel hair pasta with olive oil and Italian seasoning. The whole family went back for more. Did I say wow?!?!

Made this tonight. I think I’ll put my own spin on it next time. It was a little bland. The chicken came out great. It tasted fine, just felt like it needed more.

Very filling and very tasty. I never thought to add cream cheese on chicken, but it was delicious! I added more pieces of chicken, so I increased the garlic and a few more ingredients, but I love garlic so you can never add too much garlic. Great dish!

Honestly this is the best chicken recipe I’ve ever tasted. I made it easier by putting the baby spinach in a covered dish and microwaving it for 30 seconds, that wilted it up just fine; plus one less tlb spoon of oil used.

I used chicken tenderloin for the recipe and light cream cheese for the filling. Replaced the mozzarella with chili flakes as topping and baked it all in the airfryer for a quick finish. Turned out good!

Yumly Yum! This is one of my favorite easy recipes. I would eat it if I was doing Keto or not. It is so delicious! Sometimes I mix some pesto with the cream cheese for added flavor and definitely add more spinach.

This dish was amazing! Easy prep and will definitely make again. Probably will use 1 more cup of spinach next time. Served over brown rice, will try serving with cauliflower rice. Flavorful and easy! Made again! Did use a little more spinach and did not have mozzarella so I used Italian blend cheese. Did add more garlic/Italian seasoning. Served with cauliflower rice. Another delicious meal! Yummy.

This recipe was great! Simple and not a lot of ingredients needed ! The store was out of fresh spinach so instead I used a steam bag in the microwave first. I ate this with rice, will definitely be making it again !

Great tasting dish and easy to make. Only downside was its it's a little watery so needed to thicken the sauce. Made it a second time, much less watery this time. This is an easy dinner to make and will become a regular.

It was good. The directions say to put the cheese on right away, but mine burnt and so I just took the mozzarella cheese off and replaced it. I recommend waiting to put the mozzarella on during the last 10 minutes of baking.
