I'd recommend seasoning potatoes and cooking in oven for 400 degrees for 20 minutes and using a bigger dish other than what's recommended. Very good recipe!

This was really good. I used roasted garlic chicken sausage instead of polish sausage and I added asparagus and mushrooms. I also seasoned with Johnny's season all.

Turned out really good. Added more cream of mushroom and it made it even better. Everything in this is also interchangeable. Will make it again someday.

for some reason I didn't cook the potatoes before putting them in the casserole, but I just baked it for an additional 45 minutes and it game out pretty good.
