This is easy cheesy! I added bacon, and a little garlic. It was enjoyed and gone in 30 minutes! 👍🏻👍🏻

This turned out good and my family really enjoyed it I changed a few things around after reading the reviews. I sprinkled part of a package of ranch dressing mixed on the potatoes because so many people said it was missing something and I was happy with that. There are only three of us and I didn’t want a lot left over so I made it a little smaller. Fortunately this is one of those recipes that don’t require exact measurements so I used a smaller casserole dish and didn’t add all of the potatoes and green beans and it was fine. I will definitely make this again and will even consider taking it when I need a dish to share at church events

It’s delicious! A sincere family favorite. There’s never leftovers when we make this casserole. Sometimes we use corn instead of green beans, and use different flavors of brats from time to time and we use cream of celery instead of cream of mushroom. I highly recommend this recipe!

Its not often that I find a dish my whole family enjoys. This was a big hit and I will definitely be making it again!

Delicious! I added some garlic salt and pepper, and left out the green beans. My hubby, who isnt a fan of brats or casseroles, raved about how good it was and wants to have it again.

This was delicious, and easy to make. We sautéed the onion and bratwurst first.

Turned out great, made it a little bigger and added 2 cans of soup, maybe add more meat. I love the meat

It’s easy to make and pretty tasty but I feel like it’s just missing something. I agree with others a little more soup could help, maybe some garlic.

Amazingly delicious!! I used can potatoes and beans. The amount of cheese, in my opinion, sets the tone.

Me and hubby love it, but my 6 year old didn’t approve. Maybe in a few years...

Delicious and easy! I used fresh green beans instead of frozen and swapped the bratwurst with chicken sausage.

100% hit with the family, there was a struggle over who got left over. Super easy to make. Definitely adding this to the dinner rotation.

I was hesitant at 1st. Didn't think brats would be good with cream of mushroom soup. I was wrong. It was delish! (I added red and orange peppers as well as a little garlic.)

My family loved it! I did tweak the recipe a bit, based on the comments I'd read below and 1. I pre-roasted 5 large potatoes- each cut into 8 pieces salted and drizzled with olive oil and salt before I roasted into the oven (the key to having the potatoes NOT stick to the pan is to preheat the pan with the oven at 425. A hot pan helps prevent stick. I pulled out the pan just before I was going to put the potatoes on them and sprayed veggie spray. I used 2 cans of soup instead of one and used a can of french fried onions, half mixed in and half on top. I left out the cheese. I also added more onion than the recipe -1 whole onion which I sauted in a pan before putting in the recipe. My kids loved this - they said it tasted like a green bean bake with potatoes!
