    Very easy to put together and came out great. I mixed cheddar & montery jack and that also worked nicely. Next time I'll try different cheese combinations and throw in some extra spices.

    DO NOT BRUSH WITH OL IVE OIL!!!! Makes the skin too soft. Just bake them normal

    Next time I'll add more seasonings for flavor but they turned out very delicious and creamy! I put cheddar and salt and pepper on the top to give it more flavor
