These were so easy and fun to make. I filled my strawberries full because of someone's comment about having too much left over cream. Turned out, I ran out of cream, two strawberries short. lol They were a big hit. Everyone absolutely loved them. Thanks for this.

yummy! easy, delish and will make again. i used the recipie for a birthday instead of cake. i topped mine with a dark chocolate chip. the strawberry, filling and chocolate together paired nicely.

I made it, and it was the best sweet I had ever tasted THANK YOU! I changed it to a whipped cream filling because some of my family and friends do not like cheese cake. I will definitely make it again.

I made these just for a special occasion! My sister loved them especially on her birthday so yummy! Also everyone loves cheesecake, the frosting wasnt runny like i thought it would be and its so easy cant believe you only need 5 ingredients! I may be only ten but this recipe is amazing!

These were the first thing gone at our July 4th party! My filling stayed firm, and was almost too firm to get out of the decorative tip. Don't let the icing get hot, or it will melt. I added more powered sugar since that was a common complaint. I did crush up graham crackers and sprinkled the crumbs on top of the icing before adding the blueberry. I also found this works best with bigger strawberries. I will make these again, and again!

Loved the recipe and it worked fine and the strawberries were less fragile than I thought so I cut them a little deeper and were easier to fill! They tasted good!

These were a big hit! Really easy and they taste great. However the filling didn't stay firm as shown in the photo, so definitely not as pretty but they still taste great.
