Definitely a keeper. Made it for my mother’s birthday she loves cheesecake but didn’t want all the calories.

They turned out great! The mixture was a little stiff, so i added a little milk and some extra vanilla. I will definitely make these again.

These are fantastic! I've also dipped them in white chocolate and people love them either way.

Made last Easter incredible
Tried agin for Father's Day...maybe it was the temperature difference tasted good but the filling was too loose ended up cutting berries in half and serving as a dip

These are amazing! I've served them a number of times and they go quickly. As someone else suggested I serve these with a dish filled with the crushed graham crackers and let people dip their strawberries. This way the crushed crackers stay dry and people can add as much as the like. Thanks for sharing!

Very good, can be made in 30 minutes with items commonly found in the kitchen. To add some variety, I used Oreo cracker dust and added the filling to the cheesecake mix. It really made me look good.

These were great! I made them for my mom as a Mother's Day treat and everyone loved them! It was so easy to make, which is always a plus. I lost count but this made over 40 with a lot of the cheesecake filling left

Made these for an office party but I added a splash of Vanilla Rum. I swear they were gone in less than 10 minutes

Definitely yummy but I added a bit more powdered sugar to the recipe to make it a little creamier. Kind of a pain to cut the strawberries so I don't plan on making it this way again but I do plan on keeping the recipe to make other delicious cheesecake treats.

incrediblely delicious. Has stunned every crowd I've made them for. Pro tip: when you hull the strawberries, leaving lots of room for filling, smear a little filling on the part you removed, and EAT IT. Justify it because that part wasn't pretty enough to take to the party anyway

I brought these to 2 different Christmas Pot Luck Dinners and they where gobbled up! I think folks especially like the idea of a one bite dessert instead of committing to a whole cookie or brownie. I used egg cartons for a safe transport and even served them in it with a fork available to pluck them out of their cubbies. I have used crushed Sugar Cookies on top and was thinking about trying crushed Oreo. These are a fun dessert and easy to prep! An awesome addition to my recipe book!
