- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Line a 12-cavity cupcake pan with baking papers. Set aside.

I used regular sized muffin tins filled 2/3-3/4 of the way up and made 10 nice size cheese cupcakes. A few cracked, probably because not cooked in a water bath. They puffed up but after 25 min without golden tops,I upped the oven to 400 for a couple of minutes. Sadly, they deflated as I got them out of the oven. Still way faster than full size cheesecakes and the cooling time was shorter too! They were good as well.

They tasted amazing.
I would double the recipe next time as I used a regular sized muffin pan so it turned out quite thin. Otherwise...fantastic...It tasted great!

They were delicious. Instead of using an 8oz block of cream cheese, i used 8oz of strawberry cream cheese spread and it was great!!

taste is good, but they collapsed significantly. had to keep thrm in the oven much longer to get them raise and get light golden on top

Super easy to make. I topped mine with homemade whip cream, blueberries, raspberries and mint. Instead of 1/2 cup graham I did 3/4 cup and added an extra tablespoon of butter. Definitely a recipe I’ll make over and over again. It was a hit!

awesome. I would add more graham cracker crumbs for the crust next time. i have a gas oven which tends to cook foods faster, so cooked them for only 15 minutes. they were superb. i will definitely make these again!
