I didn’t try the whipped topping but it turned out fantastic! I even made it first with a glass casserole dish (I didn’t have a spring form pan then)
Lumpy but thats because I took a little took long to start mixing and dont own a sieve. The recipe itself is great though

It tasted fine, but I didn't realize the texture was going to be so soft. Reminded me of a boxed cheesecake mix. If I'm going to make a cheesecake from scratch I prefer a firmer texture more like a New York cheesecake. Also the crust was quite crumbly and did not hold together well even with an extra tablespoon of melted butter.

Great , with the exception of the crust . I think adding at least 1/4 cup more butter will moisten the crust. It was a little hard to cut and stuck a little.

This recipe is a keeper! Added juice of half a lemon and splash of lemon oil, decreased the sugar a little...very creamy, not too heavy; guests loved it!

Amazing ...definitely would make again and I use an Oreo crust already made I've never use sour cream topping before
