    Delicious! Easy to make. I did use 2 teaspoons of sugar in crust as I don’t like mine too sweet. I baked for 30 minutes on first bake after reading comments about being underdone in 20. Came out perfectly. Will definitely be making this again.

    This is the best cheesecake recipe I’ve made!! Better than the Cheesecake Factory copycat recipes. I used half the sugar for the crust and made 1.5 batch of the filling and it came out amazing! Next time I will probably leave out the sugar from the crust, it was still quite sweet with 1/2 the sugar. I also used light sour cream, which I was worried would make it too thin. After cooling in the fridge overnight, it was the perfect texture. Next time I will probably replace half of the cream cheese with the less fat cream cheese to reduce calories—this was so good I didn’t eat just one piece! I was very impressed with the flavor and texture despite the lower calories from other cheesecake recipes.

    I wanted to try a baked cheesecake recipe. My grandmother doesn't have a sweet-tooth; the first time I made it I asked her to try it since it was the first one I'd be making myself. She enjoyed it so much that I've made four cheesecakes since the quarantine started. Not only does my grandmother like it, everyone in the house does too. I wouldn't use any other baked cheesecake recipe if I didn't have to.

    It was cheesecake “like” but not great, I won’t be making this again. It tasted more like a vanilla Pudding dessert. I’ll continue searching

    It was ok. It doesn’t really taste like cheesecake to me. Way too creamy but the sour cream topping was good. Will definitely implement that on another cheesecake recipe.

    This is an amazing recipe that is delicious. The only thing I would add is what consistency things should be for beginner bakers. I’m teaching my little brother how to bake this and he was very confused. Other than that I think that this is a recipe that I would definitely recommend. ❤️🍰

    Super easy and delicious. I used the Keebler ready crust (because it’s delicious) and it didn’t take as long to make. Super yummy and creamy with no lumps as long as you mix it completely. Im going to add strawberries on top.

    It turned out great I added alittle extra vanilla and sugar to the filling and topping I also made a strawberry topping out of frozen strawberries, honey, sugar, and vanilla and served that on the side with an extra bit of the pie crust I had left sprinkled on top it was differently the favorite desert of the night !

    I didn’t try the whipped topping but it turned out fantastic! I even made it first with a glass casserole dish (I didn’t have a spring form pan then)

    Lumpy but thats because I took a little took long to start mixing and dont own a sieve. The recipe itself is great though
