This soup is delicious and I even forgot to add the sour cream plus I didn't have potatos. When I make it again I will add half of what it calls for because I like more of the soup in my soup and I think the all those potatos would make it more like stew consistency. 5 stars!

This is very good soup, it takes some time to get vegetables ready but it's worth the wait. I will definitely make it again.

This was very good! I cut back on the basil some. I doubled up on the liquids and the roue. I added more hamburger as we like our meat! Everyone loved it

Have made a very similar receipt for years and just luv this one too. Wonderful on a cold day with blowing snow, well anytime I'll eat this soup.
