    Quite good. I used regular ground beef (70/30 in Canada), because, hey, this is keto. The fat all comes out of the meat though so the end result is quite lean. Next time i would consider adding something like others suggested like almond flour or crushed pork rinds to help retain some moisture. I spread about 1/4c sugar free ketchup over the top, and broiled it at the end to burn it (i love the taste of burnt tomato!). That was tasty, but I think I'll up that to 1/2c next time. I would consider the recipe to be four servings, that would be 8 oz. of meat which is about right for me. I added a tsp of cayenne, couldn't tell it was in there, so next time might double that. Or, maybe a tbsp of curry, wonder what that would be like? Hmmm...

    It was so good. I used homemade seasoned salt other than that I followed completely. Really tasty!

    too salty. and a bit dry. there is a better version out there with bacon layed over the top which is amazing with maple flavored bacon.

    Came out great didn’t use onion but we did do the powder parmesan cheese and it was great only down fall was their was a lot of oil

    Really great except it was swimming in grease. Next time I’m hoping to try it in an air fryer of some kind to eliminate the grease.

    Nice! I added minced dill pickle and sauteed the onion before adding to the mix. I also doubled the cheddar which I’m glad I did. I baked first 30minutes with foil on top and then let it crisp up another 35minutes. Served with loaded cauliflower on the side 👍🏻

    I left out the parmesan as i didn't have any on hand and added a little more cheddar. It was delicious! Will definitely be adding this to our regular menu rotation!

    Turned out pretty good, we used shredded cheese instead, although it was a tad dry. Would eat again!

    A go to favorite. Great as a meal and we use leftovers as meal prep. Great as a burger patty . I add extra veggies depending on my mood. Mushrooms, bell peppers + a variety of cheeses, etc. yum yum yum!

    Great! The whole family loved it.
    This was AMAZING!!! My 9 yr old never likes anything new. But this,he loved, so did my 17 yr my husband and myself! This is going to be a regular at our house. The only thing i changed was,one half i put onions in and the other i left them out.

    Great recipe! Only issue is that the salt felt unnecessary. Made it taste too salty. May leave out or lessen next time.

    The leatloaf turned out great. I added 1 tbsp of dried basil though. It held together really well without any kind of flour, the 2 eggs was a perfect binding agent. This one will become part of our rotation. My 18m old son gobbled it right up.
