  • 300 grams mushrooms (large)
  • brie cheese (diced)
  • 3 slices ham (boiled, diced)
  • grated cheese


  1. Preheat the oven to 170 degrees Celsius.
  2. Remove the stems from the mushrooms and wash them well to remove all grit.
  3. Place some Brie cheese in the cap of each mushroom and cover with diced ham.
  4. Place mushrooms on a baking tray and bake for 15 minutes.
  5. Sprinkle grated cheese on top, switch the oven to broil, and then bake the mushrooms until just melty.

Who would have thought that stuffing cheese inside of a mushroom could taste so good. The cheese was dripping from the perfectly cooked mushrooms and had an all around great taste. I loved the bold flavors and the pleasing texture that it had. I would definitely prepare this 4 star recipe again.
