This sauce is fantastic and far surpassed my expectations. I made some slight adjustments because I was limited in my ingredients:
1 Summer squash instead of mushrooms, 5 scallions instead of onion, 1/4c heavy cream, no parsley, and added a tiny bit of pecorino romano. I'll be excited to make this again!
