This was delicious! I did leave the garlic in during the whole process and then scooped them out at the end. The garlic flavour was still quite mild but nice.

We minced the garlic and left it in used one cup of wine and a little less cheese and this was a huge serve for two of us. Also added a squeeze of lemon juice
