We all know the dinner rolls are always the best side dish at the table This recipe takes dinner roles to the next level by adding parmesan cheese to the mix before baking. This allows the dough to be saturated by the cheese throughout, so when the dough bakes it leaves pockets of cheesy flavor and a mouth-watering smell. Crispy on the outside and warm and chewy on the inside, these rolls can be served alongside your favorite pasta dish.

Ingredients

500 grams starch (sweet)
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup milk
1 cup water
1/2 cup oil
5 eggs
200 grams parmesan cheese
sesame seeds

Directions

1Preheat oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
2Place the sweet starch and salt in a bowl.
3In a saucepan, boil the milk, water, and oil. As soon as mixture boils, pour in bowl with sweet starch.
4Mix well, and let cool.
5When cool, add eggs and cheese, and knead to a uniform dough.
6Shape little balls with the dough, and coat the balls with sesame seeds.
7Bake for 15 to 20 minutes.
