Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 tablespoons pesto sauce
  • 80 grams cheese (Philadelphia)
  • 1 baguette (large)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • parmesan cheese (ground, optional)

Directions

  1. 1Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
  2. 2Mix the pesto with the Philadelphia cheese in a small bowl.
  3. 3Cut small slices in the bread about 2 centimeters deep, and fill them with the Philadelphia/pesto mixture.
  4. 4Pour a dash of olive oil over the baguette and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese (if desired).
  5. 5Bake for 15 minutes, let it cool off, then serve.
