Ingredients

1 cup rice (grain)
2 cups hot water
1/2 deciliter olive oil
1 cup peas
2 eggs
1 knob butter
1 slice bacon (0.5 cm thick)
corn (optional)

Directions

1Stir the rice in olive oil for 5 minutes and then add hot water.
2Season with salt and cook over low heat.
3However, cook the peas and corn separately in salted water.
4When the vegetables are cooked, strain the water and set aside.
5Beat the eggs.
6Put the knob of butter into a non-stick frying pan, add the eggs and keep stirring .
7Set aside the scrambled eggs.
8Cut the bacon into small cubes and sauté them in a frying pan.
9When the rice is cooked, rinse it with cold water to loosen it a bit and mix the vegetables, bacon and scrambled eggs.
10Wrap carefully as to avoid breaking the rice.
