Made this using a shoulder for dinner and it was a big hit. Cooked in oven, didn't add hot sauce or food colouring and only marinated for 6 hours. Did baste and flip every 10 minutes on a lower temperature and it turned out delicious.

Made these in the oven- SUPER easy and SUPER good! Can't wait to try them on the grill when the weather cooperates. Served with rice noodles and bamboo shoots

Super easy, and perfectly sweet, (agreed upon by a man who loves savory meat and a woman who loves sweet meat). We pan seared then oven baked ours (and coupled it with our new Zojirushi rice cooker) and it was still DE-LI-CIOUS. Love it. We'll make it again, for sure.

This recipe came out amazing! I can't wait to try this again and top my home made ramen with it! I followed the directions to a T, and it was perfect, no tweaking was necessary.

Mmmm, mmm! Super tasty pork recipe! I made no recipe changes and allowed the meat to marinate for 24 hours. Smoked over medium heat with maple and hickory. I got a lot of attention heating up left-overs at work. Will surely make again!
