    This was delicious with a really lovely creaminess inside, which I think was due to the cheese that was in the middle (I mixed it in). Next time, I would mix in all the cheese because, at least with the Gouda that I had, what was on top didn't melt; it just turned brown and crunchy. Other than that, totally enjoyed.
