  • 1/2 cup whole milk
  • 1 teaspoon chai tea
  • 1/2 teaspoon gelatin
  • 1 1/2 cups whipping cream
  • 1/8 cup sugar
  • 1/2 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 500 grams butter
  • 53 grams oatmeal
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 32 grams flour
  • 20 milliliters corn syrup
  • 20 milliliters whole milk
  • 1/3 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 pinch salt

    Directions

    1. Panna Cotta: Bring the milk to a boil in a saucepan and add the chai tea. Place in a bowl covered with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 48 hours.
    2. Place the milk mixture into a heavy saucepan and sprinkle the gelatin over it. Let sit for 5 minutes. Heat until the mixture is warm, but do not allow to boil, approximately 3 or 4 minutes.
    3. When the gelatin has dissolved, stir in the cream, honey, sugar, and salt. Cook on medium-low heat until the sugar is dissolved, but without allowing the mixture to come to a boil, approximately 5 minutes.
