Description

If you want a tasty dinner dish and you want to start with tuna, then give this Ceviche recipe a try. It takes 40 minutes to prepare this two-person recipe. This delectable dish calls for canned tuna, diced carrots, diced cucumber, minced onions, arbol or cayenne chili flakes, lime, salt, ground black, pepper, sliced avocado, ketchup to taste, prepared spicy salsa, and tostadas. Make the ceviche and pile it all on the tostada for the hearty dish.

Ingredients

2 cans tuna (in water, drained)
1 carrots (diced)
1/2 cucumber (diced)
1/4 onions (minced)
1 teaspoon chili flakes (arbol, may substitute cayenne)
3 lime
salt and ground black pepper
1 avocado (sliced)
ketchup (to taste)
salsa (Prepared spicy, to taste)
tostadas (buy prepared or make your own by frying, baking, or roasting tortillas until crispy)

Directions

1Mix the tuna, lime juice, onion, chile flakes, salt and pepper. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate.
2Remove from refrigerator 15 minutes before serving time. Add the cucumber and carrot to the tuna mixture and mix well.
3Spread the tuna mixture on the tostadas and top with slices of avocado to serve. Serve along with ketchup and salsa.
