    Fantastic. Nice bright bright colour. I cooked onions first then veg in olive oil for a bit before adding stock to bring out their flavours. I did not use butter. Easy and delightful for a soup for any season.

    Nice and easy recipe. The soup comes out really nice and creamy. I would advice to use a bit less lemon juice and maybe add some cream.

    The final product tasted more like potato than celery. Still, my group enjoyed it. I’m not a big fan of curry. I substituted ginger powder instead, and was pleased with the result.

    Delicious, light and warming! Although I didn't put the curry, lemon juice and added olive oil. I topper it with parsley and it came out amazing!!
